Deborah Loosley, Founder and Director

Deborah launched TRIO Marketing in 1994 to meet emerging demand for outsourced senior marketing expertise. Combining her strong corporate background and 20+ years consulting experience Deborah delivers differentiated brand strategies and effective strategic marketing plans which align with business goals to achieve sustained growth.She is a specialist in the food, packaged goods, health, pharmaceutical and technology markets in both the B2B and B2C sectors, working with start-ups, SME's and corporates. Deborah is committed to authentic, results driven marketing which puts brand and strategy first and and tactics second. 

Her clients include regional, national and global brands such as Australian Vinegar, Herron Pharmaceuticals, Capilano Honey, Australian Food Corporation and Your Digital File.

 

 

Brendan Ryan, Strategic Partner

Brendan started his career as Accountant and Farm Management Advisor with Chartered Accountants, Bird Cameron in Perth. His 30+ year career has has spanned Executive and Business Development roles and Directorships across a range of industries including Accounting and Business Advisory, Food & Agribusiness, Banking and Finance, Retail, Information Technology and Sport (Rugby Union). Brendan is a member of the Australian Institute of Agricultural Science, Australian Organic (formally Biological Farmers of Australia), the Australia China Business Council and a number of other regional and professional groups. Brendan is passionate about transforming agri-food businesses through strategy,value innovation and growth.Brendan is the founder and principal of Biocentric.

He has lived and worked extensively in Queensland and regional NSW, with brief stints in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Hong Kong.

 

 

Janette McDonald, Strategic Partner

Janette is a leading food technology consultant with over thirty years’ experience in the technical development of new products for food manufacturers and processors. Applying the Best Practice Product Development approach, Janette uses a disciplined staged path to accelerate the commercialisation of food products with the goal of ‘getting it right the first time’. This approach mitigates risks and quantifies development costs to help clients make critical ‘Go/No Go’ product development decisions. Janette manages the innovation process by streamlining new product development thorough the scoping and setting of realistic timeframes and schedules to ensure sound product development and trials before launch.She is committed to delivering innovative, safe, compliant, profitable products that can successfully compete in an aggressive marketplace.

Janette has worked with start-ups through to multinationals both in Australia and globally and is the Founder & Director of Janette McDonald Consulting.
